ITINERARY

DAY 1 : ARRIVAL AIRPORT – PARAPAT (L/D)

  • Arrive at Kuala Namu International Airport, will be greeted by our tour guide with Batakness souvenir Ulos.
  • Tour will continue to Parapat via Pematang Siantar about 176km or 4-5 hours drive.
  • Enroute stop at Paten Shop to buy local food and visit Pagoda Kwan Im.
  • Arrive at Parapat, check in hotel.
  • Lunch and dinner at local restaurant. Overnight at Parapat.

DAY 2 : PARAPAT – SAMOSIR – BERASTAGI (B/L/D)

  • After breakfast at hotel, cross to Samosir Island by ferry boat for about 45 minutes.
  • Visit Tomok Village to see the ancient tomb of King Sidabutar and shopping souvenier at Tomok Village.
  • Then visit Ambarita Village to see the famous stone chairs and execution place of King Siallagan (FIT only visit Tomok Village by public boat).
  • Cross back to Parapat and transfer to local restaurant for lunch.
  • After lunch depart to Berastagi. Enroute stop at Simarjarunjung and visit Sipiso Piso Waterfall to see this magnificent waterfall.
  • Arrive at Berastagi, visit Central Fruit Market to buy fresh fruits, vegetables and flowers.
  • Check in hotel and dinner at local restaurant.
  • Overnight at Berastagi.

DAY 3 : BERASTAGI – MEDAN (B/L/D)

  • After breakfast at hotel, depart to Medan via Sembahe about 66km or 2 hours drive passing the windy and hilly road.
  • Visit Shwedagon Replica Pagoda at Taman Alam Lumbini.
  • Upon arrival at Medan transfer at local restaurant for lunch.
  • After lunch, city tour visit Velangkani Church, Maimoon Palace and Grand Mosque by passing Kesawan Deli, Merdeka Walk and shopping to buy special food from Medan such as Bika Ambon and Meranti Cake. Taste Durian Culinery at Ucok/ Bolang Durian (Personal expenses).
  • Check in hotel and dinner at local restaurant.
  • Overnight at Medan.

DAY 4 : MEDAN – DEPARTURE AIRPORT (B)

  • After breakfast at hotel, then free and easy until transfer to Airport for your next destination.
